Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our document management team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and engaging workplace and have a passion for organisation and efficiency, this role is for you. As a Document Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing infrastructure services projects across Australia. This position is based in Adelaide and offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and remote work for flexibility and balance.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee document control processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all project documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:

You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and enjoy collaborating with teams. Ideally, you bring experience with document management systems such as Team Binder, Aconex, and Documentum. Other qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a project environment

• Ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems and programs

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive and detail-focused approach to work

• Knowledge of document control standards (desirable)

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

• Ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance or willingness to obtain ESSENTIAL.
