Ag Processing Inc is currently looking for a detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking professional with strong computer skills to be our next Document Imaging Specialist! In this task focused role you will scan and index documents to maintain quality assurance and compliance, including operation of various imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files.
Requirements:
Strong data entry and typing skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to use a computer and scanner
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Capable of staying focused for long periods of time
Team player
Maintains confidentiality and integrity
Highly organized and can manage multiple assignments at once
Able to prioritize assignments and complete assignments in timely manner
Professional communication skills
Good critical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare, scan and quality check documents/images being converted into electronic/digital format
Ensure the proper transferal and indexing of images
Compare data entered with source documents or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors
Ensure all workflow items are completed within the set turn-around time within quality expectations
Use optical scanners as necessary to perform job duties
Must be able to perform work at established production rates while working in a high volume to near continuous entry environment
Perform other duties as assigned
