Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our Operations team in Royersford, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, accurate, and high-quality conversion of physical documents into digital assets, serving as a critical link in our information management services. Our Operations team is dedicated to driving data integrity and supporting digital transformation, ensuring exceptional service and secure document management for our clients.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Document Preparation: Process and prepare a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, ensuring all documents are correctly sorted and prepped for efficient conversion.

  • Scanning Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into digital images, following strict quality control and production standards.

  • Data Indexing & Entry: Index and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with all internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within a high-volume production, administrative, or data entry environment.

  • Strong knowledge of basic personal computer (PC) operations and computer-related products, alongside proficiency in reading and communicating in English.

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a sustained, focused pace to meet production rates and quality targets.

  • Physical capability to comfortably and regularly lift up to 40 pounds.

What We Offer

  • Salary Details: $17.75 per hour, paid biweekly.

  • Shifts: Monday through Friday; 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime may be required).

  • Location: 1101 Enterprise Drive, Royersford, PA 19468.

  • Paid Time Off & Holidays: 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and sick pay.
