Document Imaging Indexing Vault Operations (DIIVO) is a dynamic organization committed to delivering accurate and efficient document handling for internal and external customers. The DIIVO Team is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Specialist II. Key responsibilities include assisting with document retrieval requests and performing various production and support functions. Job expectations include performing work across multiple workstreams and systems.
This position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who can work in a high volume, fast-paced production environment. Position requires repetitive administrative functions related to the document retrieval process to meet deadlines and goals. The individual must be reliable, motivated, able to train across multiple workstreams, and a team player with exceptional work habits.
- Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
- Monitors and reviews documentation requirements
- Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years in operations or production environment
- Ability to bend and move about the production floor to push carts, move documents or boxes, and lift 25-30 pounds
- Role is 5 days/week in office (usually 7-3:30 shift)
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to leverage data and reporting to manage inventory and service level agreements
- Experience with microfiche/microfilm media or hardware
- Experience with CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand), CDOL (Client Document Online), or TrustWeb applications
- Previous experience in document imaging or retention and retrieval
