Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verification and validation of documents in Square9.
- Must check the quality of the document type prior to validate in the corresponding archive and follow up with upper-level staff (partner engagement) if the quality will result in an illegible, ensuring accurate detailed information is added in the system.
- Being able to work independently, and with a team as well as being detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator.
- Assisting with mailing to local deliveries partners in order to request for hard copy POD’s.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous skills development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Available to work after hours and on national holidays as needed.
- Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- High school diploma
- Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- English B1
- Must be confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-managed and highly motivated
- Displays integrity, reliability, empathy, and strong work ethic.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented; Display a sense of urgency.
Physical Requirements:
- Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
- Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
