Job Summary
Index and organize documents from all departments into the Nautilus database. Perform quality review of indexed documents. Assure quality of scanned documents for clarity and readability. Organize and maintain bulk filing system including document retention. Assist other department staff as necessary.
Essential Functions
- Import and Scan documents into document imaging system
- Index scanned documents within document imaging system and ensure valid account information from host file
- Perform quality reviews of documents
- Organize and maintain bulk filing system
- Ensure timely document destruction according to the Bank’s retention schedule
- Provide quality review and perform tasks effectively and efficiently in several areas of Nautilus data base
- Provide support and assistance to end user with general system usage
- Provide support to document imaging staff as needed
Education & Experience
- Needs to be a self-motivated, high energy individual
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be detailed-orientated, with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be willing and able to adapt to change
- Feel comfortable working with computers and have the technical abilities to quickly learn computer applications
- Banking experience or knowledge is preferred. Incumbent should have a High School Diploma with minimum of 0-2 years' banking experience
