Ensure project documentation complies with company IMS; distribute and track drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs and reports; maintain document, RFI, action and issue registers; analyse logs to highlight outstanding or overdue items; generate regular document status and overdue reports to support project tracking.

Requirements
