Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Organize and archive physical and digital records such has records deriving from receiving, production processes, completed jobs, training, etc.
- Verify, accept and scan Material Test Reports
- Verify, accept and scan records from vendors
- Complete job close process once jobs have completed production
- Create data books for manufactured products, when applicable
- Schedule third party inspections
- Create Non-conformance reports as needed and ensure they are resolved
- Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines
- Performs other duties or assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Able to multi-task and manage a heavy and varied workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Interacts with others in terms of document control functions.
- Responsibilities are of moderate complexity.
- Must be able to capable of decision-making within defined role and display strong initiative.
- Excellent personal interaction skills; outgoing, confident, and strong personal presentation. Self-starter, willing to learn, seeks out opportunities for career and personal development.
Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar position.
