Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance SL (SIAM), is one of heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 and 737- MAX series of aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Seville.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a team of highly skilled staff, almost 500 strong and growing, all with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 450 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packs
- Print check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraft
- Collate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly
- Follow up on incomplete / missing paperwork
- Ensure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in the aircraft records
- Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager
- Previous document control experience is an advantage
- Aviation regulation knowledge
- Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable
- Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential
- Strong communication - written and oral English
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel & Word
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Must have initiative, be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional integrity
- Successful candidate is required to provide a spanish criminal record
