WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, or Management) and at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and clerical activities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in: 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Assist the accounting department, other assistants, and the accounting manager as needed.
• Prepare, review, update, and send Word and Excel documents and reports.
• Perform basic data entry tasks.
• Support the payroll process as needed.
• Create and maintain various databases.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, including platform audits, system access, account creation, among others.
• Perform several administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, attending phone calls, organizing files (both hard copy and electronic), and other tasks as needed by the business.
• Provide information to internal staff, clients, and resources by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
