The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 of experience in document control within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Experience in:
    • Documentation Control.
    • Filing, Retention and Data Entry
    • MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GMP

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Analyse, create and revise procedures documents. 
  • Receive and file all defined documents.
  • Maintain a log of all received and removed documents.
  • Provide copies of the original documents as required.
  • Provide the required documents during audits.
  • Handle data entry in computerized systems.
  • Comply with approved filing and retention processes.
  • Comply with all requirements and responsibilities established in the area's procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of computerized systems, Word, and Excel.
  • Prioritize management.
