In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
Job Description
- Develop and implement the Document Management Plan
- Manage the documentation through the whole document lifecycle (initiation, internal review, approval, internal/external issuance transmittals, storage, access …)
- Maintain configuration of the documentation
- Manage security levels where applicable
- Manage the document management and control team if applicable
- Work with the IT/digital team to set up the document management digital system and cabinets for hardcopies and digital backup
- Support Quality assurance audits
- Create management processes for emails, letters, and other communications (outside of formal documents and drawings)
- Ensuring the company’s digital platforms are being effectively utilized for document management
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree-level or equivalent qualification in engineering or computer science
- A minimum total of 10 years experience including a significant experience (minimum 3 years) as Document Manager of a large Programme
- Hands-on with Document Management tools (Aconex or equivalent)
- Detailed oriented, focused, and good coordination skills
- Understanding of data protection and privacy laws
