Join Document & Business Solutions, our firm's primary office-based services provider operating globally across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America, and North America in over 50 cities. Document & Business Solutions offers vital services like creative design, document creation, print, copy, mail distribution, and more.
In this Fixed Term role in our Paris office, you'll be part of a dedicated team delivering mail and creating print and document products. You'll provide professional services across several buildings, supporting clients with print production and document preparation, using the latest digital and technical products in line with global control procedures.
Job Summary
As a full time Document & Business Solutions Operator, in partnership with your colleagues, you will be expected to meet the needs of the customer/company in providing our products and services while meeting established deadlines, quality, and productivity standards. Reporting locally to a direct manager in the location. Some of the functions include but are not limited to:
Job responsibilities

  • Operating functional equipment; including mail, printing, scanning, inserting, sortation, confidential paper bins and other equipment, as applicable.
  • Print, finish and distribute submitted requests as well as support confidential paper bins collections.
  • Scan documents/files and integrate into agreed document workflow/depositories.
  • Handle receipt and collection of mail and courier items including required manifest(s) and documentation.
  • Identify non-compliant activities, resolve discrepancies and escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain basic record keeping and tracking of data as required by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Intermediate written and spoken English and communication skills
  • Good customer service skills, attentiveness, able to interact positively and pleasantly.
  • Ability to follow directions, show initiative, work and perform duties under minimal supervision, problem-solve and follow through on tasks.
  • Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Detail and deadline oriented with strong emphasis on safeguarding all personal and confidential information.
  • Basic understanding of risk and control for the activities responsible; awareness and maintenance of safe working practices related to Health & Safety.
  • Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email & calendar).
