This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules within our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to extend hours and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
This will be on the job training aligned to your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational processes related to project releases and Custom Pull List (CPL) file management.
- Review and identify all inbound files including medical records, invoices, and other miscellaneous documents, ensuring all documents are managed and routed supporting HEDIS® data collection efforts.
- In this environment, productivity expectations must be maintained by remaining attentive and effectively working all available inventory.
- This role ensures the timely execution of release activities, accurate tracking, and effective communication with internal team and external vendors.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 5+ years of experience in Health Information Management Department
- Experience with Computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft Excel (view, sort, create and filter), Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to work full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules within our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to extend hours and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with structured environments involving ticketing, tracking, and compliance steps
- Experience in medical record scanning and indexing
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
