We are seeking a highly experienced Doctrine Literature Reviewer to support the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) in the review, analysis, and integration of U.S. Army doctrinal publications. This role supports the Army Doctrine Development Program through doctrine review, terminology analysis, operational integration, and coordination with doctrine developers across the Army enterprise.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive Army operational experience, strong familiarity with Army and Joint doctrine, and the ability to analyze doctrinal concepts, terminology, and publications for consistency with Army capstone and keystone doctrine.
Responsibilities
  • Review doctrinal drafts for consistency with Army capstone and keystone doctrine
  • Analyze doctrinal terminology and operational concepts
  • Develop and submit comments through established Government systems
  • Maintain Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs) and review records
  • Coordinate with doctrine authors and terminology personnel
  • Support doctrinal integration and quality control efforts

Required Qualifications
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Minimum 10 years of military experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
  • Experience reviewing or developing doctrinal publications
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications
  • Former Army officer or senior NCO with doctrine development experience
  • Experience supporting TRADOC or CAC organizations
  • Familiarity with FM 1-02.1 and Army doctrinal terminology systems
