Petar Vigenin is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of authoritative and recursive DNS platforms.
• Managing the OS lifecycle, including planning and executing EOL upgrades and platform migrations.
• Supporting DNS security services, including malware and phishing protection.
• Maintaining automation and standardized deployments using Salt.
• Operating, maintaining, and optimizing Anycast/BGP-based distributed architectures.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating closely with Network, Platform, Vendor, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent customer experience.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Several years of hands-on experience in DNS and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in DNS technologies, including Authoritative, Recursive, DNSSEC, and Anycast.
• Practical experience with ISC BIND, Knot DNS, NSD, PowerDNS, or comparable DNS solutions.
• Advanced Linux administration skills, particularly with RHEL, CentOS, or Oracle Linux.
• Solid understanding of BGP and high-availability architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools, preferably Salt.
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach.
