Job Title

Position Title: Principal Consultant - Professional Services (Non-Technical)

Job Summary: The Principal Consultant in Professional Services provides top-tier consulting services to credit union and bank clients. Collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders, this role focuses on the successful deployment of DNA Core Financial Software and the delivery of cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales and consulting team in providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences and act as a change champion within the organization.
• Configure and implement DNA Core Processing Functionality to meet client needs effectively.
• Document client interactions and decisions for future reference and consistency.
• Execute assigned responsibilities and project tasks efficiently with a focus on quality.
• Collaborate with clients to assess readiness for conversion and conduct vital User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Test and validate new features and functionalities of the DNA product suite.
• Provide support to Principal and Implementation Consultants as needed, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, striving for excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of specialized expertise in the financial industry, with a focus on finance, accounting, back-office processing, deposit operations, or retail banking.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic consulting skills.
• Excellent professional writing abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliverables consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and core system administration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60%, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with DNA Core system.
• Prior experience with DNA or other core processing systems in an implementation support role.
• Subject matter expertise in finance, accounting, back-office processing, deposit operations, or retail banking.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
