Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of personal computers with word processing and spreadsheet software and internet and intranet access.
- Ability to operate an internet-based DMV title system and pass a LifeScan clearance.
- Extensive knowledge of California DMV regulations pertaining to titling and release regulations.
- Knowledge of electronic DMV titling required.
- Thorough knowledge of modern office administration techniques and methods.
- Ability to coordinate a variety of activities simultaneously and prioritize work.
- Ability to act independently and confidentially, using discretion and tact.
- Ability to operate a telephone system effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people including vendors and other Credit Union team members.
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions.

- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years' experience processing DMV transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and use a computer keyboard and calculator.
