The DM Project is a national program aimed at developing students’ digital and technological skills through interactive, hands-on learning experiences in programming, technology, and digital literacy. The program is delivered through structured sessions conducted in designated labs under professional supervision.
we are seeking passionate and qualified Coding Instructors to deliver in-person (physical) sessions across selected governorates.

In this role, you will work directly with students in a classroom setting, delivering interactive, hands-on sessions that enhance their technical skills and foster creativity and critical thinking. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

This is a great opportunity for passionate instructors who want to help develop the next generation of tech talent through hands-on, on-ground experiences.

Locations: Gharbia, Daqhlia, Sharkia, Menoufia, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive in-person coding sessions for students.
  • Guide students through practical exercises, activities, and projects.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in understanding core programming concepts.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Ensure commitment to assigned schedules and session locations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective session delivery.

Requirements
  • Background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).
  • Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned governorate.
