We're seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
1. Administrative Support
● Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications

2. Project & Task Management
● Assisting with special projects and tracking deadlines/invoices
● Coordinating with different departments on behalf of the executive

3. Communication & Coordination
● Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
● Drafting emails, reports, and other documents
● Ensuring smooth flow of information within the organization

4. Meeting & Event Organization
● Preparation of Executive Summaries for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on
action items

5. Strategic Support & Decision-Making Assistance
● Conducting research to support executive decision-making
● Providing insights and recommendations on workflow improvements
● Managing high-priority tasks and ensuring efficiency in executive operations


Requirements
What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
(Mandatory)
● Strong English Speaking Skills For Scheduling Clients and Communications
● Microsoft Office Suite
● Researching for Real Estate and Creating Itinerary programs and Scheduling

(Highly Preferred)
● Real Estate Knowledge
● General Knowledge Software for HR (UKG Preferred) 
● Canva

(Preferred)
● Small Transaction Coordination Work 
● QuickBooks Knowledge: Invoicing and Data Entry
