BlackStone eIT is looking for a skilled DM Crystal Report Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports using Crystal Reports to support our business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the reports meet their needs while providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports based on user requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with end-users and analysts to gather and clarify report requirements.
- Optimize report performance and ensure the accuracy of data presented in reports.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues related to report development.
- Create and manage data connections and queries to ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and functionalities.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in report development and business intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Crystal Reports development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with report optimization and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Business Objects is a plus.
