About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Insights Lead/Lead Business Accountability Specialist to support strategic insight development for the Enterprise Root Cause Analysis Office. The Insights Lead will help uncover actionable insights from complaints, Loudspeaker, customer remediations, and other customer and employee feedback channels to inform enterprise improvements.
The role partners closely with analytics and business teams to translate research and data into clear insights that support decision-making and help drive meaningful customer and employee experience outcomes. This position requires the ability to initiate and cultivate meaningful business relationships, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to business leaders at varying level within the company.
In this role, you will:
- Support Insight Generation: Ability to translate root cause analysis results into meaningful insights and action-oriented recommendations.
- Develop Executive-Ready Materials: Build clear, well-structured presentations that translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Apply Customer Experience Tools: Use customer experience methodologies (e.g., Net Promoter System, JD Power, journey mapping) to analyze and benchmark Voice of the Customer (VoC) data.
- Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with analytics, technology, and business teams to help identify opportunities and contribute to solutions that address recurring or systemic issues.
- Inform Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights that help leaders understand drivers of performance and customer outcomes.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Root Cause Analysis, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience with root cause analysis and enterprise complaints/remediation processes and/or management consulting.
- Experience synthesizing complaints, Loudspeaker feedback, customer remediation data, employee feedback, and competitor insights into cohesive enterprise narratives.
- Demonstrated success presenting findings and recommendations in formal leadership forums, gaining agreement on actions and influencing how the business responds to identified issues.
- Ability to connect insights to business outcomes by identifying root drivers, potential risks, and downstream operational or customer impacts.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience interpreting large, complex data sets and qualitative inputs.
- Proven collaboration and relationship-building abilities at varying levels within the company.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about customer and employee experience, and curious.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
- Experience using customer experience tools or methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, Net Promoter System, JD Power, or similar)
- This is an in-office position currently requiring at least three in-office days per week at one of the locations listed below.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
