Program Summary
KBR sustains the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Djibouti, Africa, Camp Lemonnier Naval
Base. Our services encompass program management, contingency and expeditionary, asset management

Job Summary
Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager. Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Under general supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance with procedure. Some independence is expected with regard to methods used to achieve results. Supports general business operations by providing simply administrative support activities. Requires ability to perform numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis. Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working hand in hand with a team of Cashiers and Galley Admins. Reports directly to the Food Service Managers.
- Ensure required records and reports are prepared, submitted and maintained in accordance with NAVSUP P486 directives.
- Typical responsibilities encompass precise meal accountability within food service, customer tracking, efficient reporting, general clerical and receptionist duties, as well as other administrative tasks specific to the food service department
- The role involves providing administrative or secretarial support to departmental leadership, potentially extending to assistance in food preparation as delegated
- Responsible to properly prepare, maintain and submit general mess records and returns manually, to include procurement, receipt, expenditure procedure, ration systems, food cost controls, surveys, transfer and reports using the Automated Food Service Management System
- Supervising/Managing the Cash Collection program to ensure and process RIK eligible patrons by performing verification and utilizing electronic collection methods.
- This role encompasses responsibilities beyond those outlined in the job description. You may be tasked with fulfilling additional duties as required by the organization
Basic Qualifications
- Requires minimum of 5+ years of experience in successfully managing all facets of DD form 1131 breakdown of cash collection voucher.
- Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity and with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
- Must Have Computer and good Communication skills
- Required ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with multiple interruptions/distractions.
- Excellent customer relations, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders is essential
- Must possess a driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
