Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to maintain the ownership records for various clients. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity and accuracy of these records through careful handling of legal documentation. This role is vital for maintaining precise and efficient record-keeping for our clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and maintain division order databases and records, ensuring accuracy.
  • Review and interpret legal documents, including deeds and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to ownership discrepancies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor and ability to build relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
