Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and self-directed Individual to lead and support a wide range of ad hoc initiatives across our engineering and manufacturing operations. This role is designed for someone comfortable working without a fixed daily routine. The individual will move between projects as business priorities shift, applying engineering judgment and hands on problem solving to improve our products, processes, and operations.
This is not a narrowly defined position. The right candidate is a generalist who can pick up unfamiliar problems quickly, work cross functionally, and deliver measurable results whether the task involves redesigning a component, streamlining production or engineering processes, troubleshooting equipment, or supporting a new initiative.

- Create or update technical documentation, work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures as needed
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, or facility layout changes when assigned
- Perform data collection and analysis to support decision making (e.g., cycle times, scrap rates, downtime)
- Assist with training operators or technicians on new processes or equipment
- Respond to urgent operational issues as needed, reprioritizing work to address business critical problems
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Education and Experience Requirements
