Lead and manage the organization's ISMS policies, procedures, records, and documentation.
Coordinate and drive all ISMS initiatives across the organization.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards and internal ISMS policies.
Present ISMS updates, security initiatives, and compliance status to management on an annual basis.
Implement and coordinate employee information security awareness programs.
Plan and manage internal audits, management reviews, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Track and facilitate closure of audit observations, gaps, and non-conformities within defined timelines.
Follow up on reported security incidents, coordinate root cause analysis with the ISO team, and share lessons learned across departments.
Ensure departments adhere to established ISMS policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organization-wide security improvements and strengthen the security-first culture
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Information Security professional.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or MBA with regular education.
Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead organization-wide security and compliance initiatives
