Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Own and execute customer-facing and development projects.
Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot process recipes to resolve critical production issues.
Manage customer escalations and support system demonstrations and final acceptances.
Train customers and onboard new Applications Engineers.
Provide technical application support across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Communicate new technologies and application updates to Marketing and Engineering teams.
Characterize next-generation systems through DOE-based experiments and data analysis.
Document results as application notes and best-known methods (BKM).
Minimum Qualifications
MS or above degrees in Physics, Material Science, EE, Nano-electronics etc.
MS (+2Y ~ 9Y), Ph.D ( +1Y ~ 5Y)
Understanding of fab processes is highly preferred.
Experience in advanced packaging is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
Flexibility for international travel up to 25% a year.
