Division Director – Sales & Operations


Are you a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, analytics, and field execution? We’re looking for a Division Director – Sales & Operations to help drive performance across our store portfolio and partner closely with senior field leadership to deliver meaningful business results.


In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to Regional Vice Presidents, providing strategic insights, operational support, and data-driven recommendations that improve execution, grow sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the customer experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to drive effective day-to-day operations across the store network.
  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and exceptions, and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end improvements in inventory management, including ordering, fulfillment, product availability, and returns.
  • Identify and implement cross-functional process and system improvements that create efficiencies and improve execution.
  • Assess in-store execution and provide ongoing support, follow-up, and accountability across field and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales and operations programs that move the business forward.
  • Influence results across sales growth, cost reduction, margin and profitability improvement, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong business acumen across areas such as operations, finance, marketing, accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and turn insights into action.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range

$130,000 - $165,000

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of related experience and/or training
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Business acumen across operations, finance, marketing, accounting, or related disciplines
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and turn insights into action
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
