Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager

[solidcore] is looking for a Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of DEIB principles and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEIB programs. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote DEIB across the organization, ensuring that our workforce reflects the diverse clients we serve and the varied communities in which we operate.

Located in Arlington, VA and reporting to the Director of Talent Development and Learning, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at [solidcore].
• Collaborate with our Internal Communications team to ensure that all stakeholders understand the organization's commitment to DEIB.
• Support the establishment, growth, and efficiency of ERGs within the organization.
• Provide mentorship, resources, and training to ERG leaders to help them achieve their goals and champion a sense of community.
• Facilitate regular meetings and events to promote engagement and collaboration among ERGs.
• Research best practices for DEIB programs and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress of DEIB programs and initiatives to ensure they are meeting desired outcomes.
• Serve as a resource for employees on DEIB topics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure organizational alignment on DEIB initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate training programs on DEIB topics.
• Serve as an advocate for DEIB matters within the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to stay abreast of DEIB trends and best practices.
• Analyze data to understand the current DEIB landscape and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and execute strategies to engage and support a diverse client base, ensuring a personalized and culturally relevant client experience, in collaboration with external vendors as needed.
• Work closely with marketing, sales and cx teams to build campaigns and materials that resonate with multicultural audiences.
• Provide training and resources to client-facing employees to improve their cultural competence and ability to engage with diverse clients.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a focus on field populations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing DEIB strategies and initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
