Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator, Distributor Management, is responsible for supporting the data analysis and reporting needs of the distributor management team, within Constellation’s Beer Division. The primary role of this individual is to lead the daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements, in support of the distributor management team, to deliver the 0-13 week business plan. This individual will collect and analyze data to proactively identify risks and opportunities, as well as measuring the effectiveness of the collaboration process across distributor partners. The Sr. Coordinator, Distributor Management, will play a critical role in supporting the development of reporting, analytics, and standardized processes across the Distributor Management teams. This role reports to the Sr. Manager – Distributor Management.
Responsibilities:

Own the functional reporting requirements for the distributor management team by updating daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards, as directed by the Sr. Manager, Distributor Management. Collect and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as necessary

Lead the development of metrics for the distributor management team, collaborating cross-functionally to automate metrics, streamline reporting processes and understand their data needs to provide actionable insights

Leverage analytical capabilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the current functional reporting in unlocking value by identifying risks and opportunities within the 0-13 time horizon.

Partner with the distributor management team on opportunities to collect and analyze distributor provided data (ex: distributor forecasts, capacity, etc.).

Lead collaboration with Advanced Analytics product owner developing reporting requirements for tools to advance Distributor Management engagement with distributor partners, including, but not limited to, comprehensive distributor dashboards and leadership KPI views.

Develop process for measuring the effectiveness of distributor collaboration, based on the direction of the Sr. Manager, Distributor Management.

Support Sr. Manager, Distributor Management in collaborating with cross-functional business teams, especially commercial sales organization and leadership to ensure risks & opportunities are communicated through data storytelling.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Distributor Management reporting & analytics.
Background & Expertise:
-
Degree in supply chain, operations or business-related field or equivalent working experience, 3+ years in supply chain through proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a keen eye for identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making.

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop solutions

Strong understanding and experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI

Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, preferred.

Experience in CPG, preferably bev alc industry, preferred.

APICS certification or willingness to pursue, a plus.

The salary range for this role is:
$31.96 - $46.95
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
