The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports our Video Security and Access Control business. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives.
Job Description

This position is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area and is required to be onsite.


The Distribution Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing cost, quality and delivery performance for the North America distribution center. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the creation of work orders and scheduling of kitting operations to support sales forecast and ensure timely completion to maximize on time delivery

  • Project managing initiatives to drive process optimization

  • Running SAP Cycle Count reports and coordinating with 3PL on accuracy

  • Monitoring Scrap and liaising with 3PL and Finance as needed to resolve material disposition

  • Coordinating SOX audits in partnership with Finance

  • Creating reports by using SQL and Tableau through an Enterprise Data Hub

  • Interfacing with IT to resolve transactional issues in SAP

  • Investigating receiving issues with purchasing to ensure Purchase Orders are closed with accuracy

  • Investigating shipping and transactional issues and communicating with internal stakeholders

  • Supporting international trade compliance team with commercial invoice process

  • Supporting the new part setup process

  • Supporting capacity planning process by analyzing sales forecast, order bookings and delivery data

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Communicate, collaborate and influence people from internal and external organizations

  • Strong data analytics with proficient use of SQL and Tableau to generate ad hoc reports

  • Derive insights and actions through analytics

  • Project management experience including detailed project plans and status reports

  • Identify and drive process improvements

  • Solve problems with innovative thinking and a positive attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a matrix organization in a fast paced environment

  • Support supply chain teams in multiple time zones

Bachelors Degree preferred but not required


Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years SAP/Oracle or similar experience 

  • 3+ years work experience related to Distribution, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation or similar
