Job Description- Build and scale production-grade AI applications and agentic systems.
- Design agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool use, memory, RAG, evaluation, and observability.
- Write high-quality production code and contribute across backend and frontend when needed.
- Define technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
- 8+ years of backend experience, 4+ years of frontend experience, and 2+ years working with LLMs and agentic systems.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, automated testing, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.
- Experience with C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and legacy codebases is a plus.
