Job Description- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to address complex user concerns effectively.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources tailored to the needs of end-users.
- Promote adoption of new features by demonstrating their practical applications in workflows.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement in functionality and ease of use.
- Analyze trends in user behavior to proactively address common challenges.
- Configure Microsoft 365 tools to align with organizational and team-specific needs.
- Simplify processes and workflows to make tools more intuitive and user-friendly.
- Implement accessibility features to ensure that Microsoft 365 services cater to diverse user groups.
- Advocate for inclusivity in software usage and design.
- Facilitate smoother collaboration by integrating Microsoft 365 apps in ways that enhance teamwork and productivity.
- Ensure seamless communication channels and document sharing systems are in place.
- Maintain clear records of configurations, best practices, and solutions for recurring issues, accessible to both technical teams and end-users.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows);
- Experience minimum 3 years on a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
