We are currently looking for a Distinguished Application & Product Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership Impact: Provide technology leadership and guidance for a talented technical architecture and engineering team, making a significant impact on a global scale.
- Innovative Projects: Drive strategic initiatives that bring cutting-edge improvements to communication, collaboration, and security services.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the complete delivery of IT solutions, from planning to implementation to handover to steady state.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new methods, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with stakeholders to meet their needs and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and legislation.
- Mentorship Opportunities: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten years of progressive information technology experience in a global matrixed environment, with at least three years in a lead engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Strong expertise in IT systems architecture and engineering.
- Experience in leading complex projects requiring specialized technical knowledge.
- Proven ability to make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues.
- Experience in coordinating with users to determine requirements and ensuring successful implementation and monitoring of system improvements.
- Recent experience in defining and working within traditional waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum DevOps environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement emerging technologies to improve business processes.
