DISPOSITION SPECIALIST

Department: NEW ACCOUNT SETUPLocation: In Office, Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Pay: $15.75 + performance tiers. 

Overview

Disposition Specialists organize the offboarding of properties from our Synergy services as owners and management change. You will need to have strong communication and organizational skills as you work with utility providers and clients to close their accounts in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with utility providers to confirm final bill information and schedule final reads
  • Ensuring clients receive any and all deposits from utility providers
  • Closing all products and accounts in the Conservice system
  • Acting as the point of contact for varying tasks across several properties
