About the Role
Disposition Managers at Sundae work in a high velocity sales environment. The role requires a variety of sales skills including self-generating prospective investor/wholesaler partners, securing developing referral networks with local real estate agents, systematically managing a sales pipeline, and closing sales to meet minimum monthly and quarterly sales objectives. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.
As a Disposition Manager, you are responsible for self-generating regional investor relationships, management, and supplemental services. The Disposition Manager also oversees all contract dispositions for their respective Sundae market. You’ll become an expert on our team’s underwriting and field questions about property values and construction budgets. You will also provide investors with access to our in-house, preferred services like financing, resale brokerage, and escrow. This role sits at an exciting cross-section of the business and is directly responsible for company-level revenue KPIs on assigned contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a comprehensive lifecycle pipeline ranging from investor’s initial research to active clients who buy contracts and services through Sundae
- Continuously identify new investor/wholesaler partnerships through a variety of outbound sales channels including phone, email, text, and in-person local networking
- Educate investor partners on the value of Sundae’s services, negotiate real estate contracts, and ultimately meet and exceed assigned activity and revenue goals
- Drive revenue and achieve Sundae’s targeted economics on real estate contracts
- Responsible for generating ancillary revenue through multiple streams of added services
- Cultivate relationships with local real estate investors through meet-ups, referrals, social media, lead generation, and more
- Maintain a working knowledge of local real estate activity and regulations
- This role is expected to have availability when our customers need us most including some evenings and weekends. Your manager will work with you to help you maintain work-life balance.
About You
- Proven track record of self-generating leads and self-identifying potential customers which resulted in closed business
- Meticulous sales pipeline management with impeccable organization and attention to detail including effective time management and task prioritization
- Experience utilizing Salesforce preferred
- Self-motivated with a desire to set and exceed goals
- Personal interest in real estate and investing (preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year experience in outside sales
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred but not required)
- Valid driver license and ability to clear background / driving record check (required)

Compensation & Benefits
- The overall first year earnings target for this role is $140,000+
- Competitive benefits package with 100% paid premiums for employee and 80% for dependents
