Own and improve Sundae’s revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, integrations, automations, data infrastructure, telephony, CRM workflows, and business systems. Configure and onboard new market operators, maintain lead routing and communications, troubleshoot technical and data issues, administer business platforms, document processes, and identify automation opportunities. The role requires hands-on technical execution, independent problem solving, vendor coordination, and support for reliable revenue operations across multiple markets.

Own and optimize lead generation across paid and offline channels (Google Ads, Meta, Direct Mail, TV/CTV). Manage day-to-day campaign execution, testing roadmaps, vendor relationships, and performance reporting. Improve lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI through data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
