Overview:

Provides administrative, operational, and quality assurance support for disposition operations. Serves as the secondary point of contact for contract performance activities and supports project management, reporting, purchasing, quality control, and Government data system operations.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Disposition Project Manager with tracking, reporting, purchasing, and administrative functions.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact in the absence of the Disposition Project Manager.
  • Complete assignments requiring subject-matter knowledge and independent judgment.
  • Support project execution under the general supervision of higher-level personnel.
  • Manage quality program planning and evaluation activities.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide technical advisory services, including system evaluations and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Perform quality control surveillance of processes and procedures.
  • Verify compliance with contract requirements and Audit Readiness Internal Controls.
  • Utilize WMS and other Government data systems.
  • Deploy globally within 48 hours of notification in support of emerging requirements.


Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Support project oversight and operational performance monitoring.
  • Assist with coordination of personnel and resources as directed.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.


Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • Equivalent experience includes five (5) years of Government or private-sector work experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year of management experience.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Project tracking, reporting, and administrative support.
  • Quality assurance and quality control methodologies.
  • Data analysis and system evaluation.
  • Knowledge of Audit Readiness Internal Controls.
  • Ability to establish and monitor quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency with WMS and Government data systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deploy globally within 48 hours of notification.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 

  • Must complete all required Government-furnished training and system access requirements.
