- Accurately measure and dispense materials as per detailed instructions.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure efficient performance.
- Monitor and record data to determine process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement production plans and meet targets.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A dedication to teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical certification is a plus.
