About the role (What You’ll Be Doing) 

This role will be based in our Birmingham pharmacy and operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (~45 hours per week).

• Be responsible for the day-to-day communication with our patient experience team.
• Work with the Clinical Pharmacist to ensure an effective workflow to meet dispensary volume targets.
• Answer patient calls into the pharmacy.
• Monitor, audit and manage operational compliance with GPhC and other regulatory requirements.
• Own a set of operational key performance indicators for the dispensary.
• Carry out dispensing of medications where necessary.

About you (Who Are We Looking For)

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)
