In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our transportation services — keeping routes on time, managing communication with drivers, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both employees and our contracted customers.

• Monitor and manage daily bus routes and schedules

• Serve as the central communication hub for drivers and monitors

• Provide coaching, guidance, and frontline support to driving staff

• Address and resolve customer and driver concerns professionally

• Communicate directly with contracted partners regarding route changes or incidents

• Assist with charter bookings, billing, payroll, or clerical support as needed

• Step in as a back-up driver if necessary

• Participate in special projects and help supervise daily operations

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (dispatching, terminal operations, or driver management)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with radio dispatch systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

• Must pass DOT drug screening and physical (Note: DOT regulations prohibit the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana)
