As one of our Dispatchers, you’ll be the mission control for a team of field technicians, ensuring the right tech hits the right job at the right time.
You’re not just assigning routes. You’re orchestrating a daily symphony of service excellence.
What You’ll Do:Own the schedule. Route technicians to service calls in a way that maximizes efficiency, minimizes travel time, and meets customer commitments.
Be the hub. Act as the primary point of contact for a team of technicians in your territory.
Drive performance. Use call clustering, smart routing, and real-time updates to boost technician productivity and reduce costs.
Problem-solve on the fly. Keep service levels high even when priorities shift—because they will.
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
3+ years of experience in dispatch, customer service, or restaurant/field operations
Tech-savvy mindset with Microsoft Office and Windows systems
Strong communication skills and an eye for operational efficiency
Bonus if you’ve used SAP or other scheduling/dispatch platforms
