Tacombi is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team!
Dishwashers - The most important position in our taquerías. Without clean plates, pots and pans, we could not serve our customers our authentic tacos and provide them with the best Mexican hospitality.
- As a Lavaplatos you must assure that dish area, kitchen floor, storage are spotlessly clean at all times.
- Must Maintain a clean and organized station, follow Tacombi standard operating procedures and follow NYC Department of Health standards. Including, but not limited to; checking for proper temperatures, using daily temperature logs and submitting logs at the end of shift to chef on duty.
- Throughout your shift you will be changing garbage, mopping and sweeping and changing sani buckets every 2hrs.
- At the end of your shift you must properly cleaned and wrap each item in your station. check out with supervisor on duty.

Pay rate is $17/hour

Tacombi started in 2006 on the sand-dusted streets of Playa Del Carmen with a converted taco-serving bus and a dream to share Mexico with the world. We opened our first taqueria in a downtown garage in New York in 2010, and also started producing our own authentic, traditional “Vista Hermosa” tortilla products to preserve and share the flavors of Mexico.
