Role Description
- The Managed Solutions – Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) team in Mumbai is responsible for producing good quality content for the DPM team.
- The team member will be expected to prepare pre-sales and post sales material for the DPM teams across the globe.
- This also provides an excellent opportunity to work with portfolio managers as well as sales team to provide client centric materials.

Your key responsibilities
- Produce marketing materials for DPM teams
- Performance reporting, update pitchbooks and newsletters
- Produce pitches for tailored mandates
- Prepare client review decks for sales meetings
- Keep templates updated as per branding and compliance requirements
- Make marketing materials available on relevant platforms/intranet pages in a timely manner
- Data analysis for existing mandates and also for ad-hoc requests
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to gather data and provide output of optimum quality
- Identify inconsistencies in the data or processes, if any and escalate if necessary
Your skills and experience
- University degree in Finance, Management or similar
- Understanding of global capital markets and discretionary portfolio management business
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under limited or no supervision while adhering to timelines
- Knowledge of German language will be an added advantage
