As a Discovery Representative – AI Innovation Pathway, you will leverage your technical expertise to contribute directly to real-world AI projects, helping us unlock new possibilities for our customers and partners. This role is designed for internal candidates who are recent graduates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for AI.

You will embark on a career progression journey—starting with immersive training and mentorship, and advancing into specialized AI roles that influence our company’s future.

What You'll Do (Example Job Duties)

• Apply your technical skills to AI-driven lead generation and solution discovery, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine AI-powered tools that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Engage with technology company representatives, channel partners, and customers to translate technical capabilities into strategic solutions.
• Document and analyze interactions in our CRM system to train and optimize AI models for better predictive insights.
• Participate in innovation workshops and AI hackathons to bring fresh ideas into our product and service offerings.
• Contribute to strategic AI initiatives that align with TD SYNNEX’s vision for an AI-driven future.
• Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline). Master's degree preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to practical AI solutions.
• Passion for innovation and willingness to explore emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving AI strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to mentorship and peer learning.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

The Discovery Rep- AI Innovation Pathway average starting rate is approximately $27.00 per hour.
