The Discovery Channel Operations Specialist drives significant impact by ensuring seamless execution of sales and channel operations that directly support revenue growth and partner performance. By managing critical programs, financial processes, analytics, and cross‑functional communication, the position enables Sales Leaders and Channel Partners to operate efficiently, stay informed, and focus on driving customer engagement and business results.

This position reports to the North America Channel Leader and is part of the Discovery Channel Operations Team located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

  • Support day‑to‑day sales operations for Discovery Sales Teams, Large Channel partners, and Regional Distribution Partners, ensuring timely/consistent/effective execution of programs and initiatives
  • Process and track financial and administrative activities such as distributor show and marketing payments, pCard activity, and Longview Results Sales Payouts
  • Maintain sales enablement tools and operational data, including Showpad content, sales rosters, and dealer web content updates
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Leaders and Product Managers to track supply constraints, support channel updates, and deliver timely insights and analytics
  • Provide analytical and operational support across the organization, including ad hoc reporting, dealer requests, and backup coverage for other channel operations functions

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Channel Operations, sales support, or customer service experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Short term project management skills with ability to set project objectives, manage timelines, and track project deliverables
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communications skills
  • Self-Starter with the ability to manage time and priorities to deliver results

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • SFDC, Qlik, and Oracle systems

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-105,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for a bonus/incentive pay.
