SOBRE A VAGA:

Buscamos uma Pessoa Diretora de Arte Pleno para conceber e executar conceitos visuais criativos e inovadores, com foco em Performance e Growth, garantindo consistência com a identidade das marcas e alto padrão de qualidade nas entregas. Atuará em parceria com Redação, Estratégia, Produção e Atendimento, do briefing à aprovação final.

Atribuições:
  • Criar conceitos visuais e layouts para campanhas (digital, social, impresso e vídeo).
  • Desenvolver e desdobrar peças para Performance/Growth (variações de criativos, formatos e testes).
  • Colaborar com Redação para garantir coerência entre conceito, mensagem e execução visual.
  • Acompanhar/supervisionar produção (foto, filmagem e afins) quando necessário.
  • Revisar e aprovar entregas finais, assegurando qualidade e alinhamento com a marca.
  • Participar de briefings e apresentações, propondo soluções criativas.
  • Orientar e apoiar membros juniores do time.
Requisitos:
  • Experiência sólida em Direção de Arte (agência ou ambiente criativo similar).
  • Portfólio robusto com campanhas para diferentes canais.
  • Experiência em projetos com Performance e Growth.
  • Proficiência em Figma e Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Boa comunicação, colaboração e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas.
