About the Role

  • Technical Solution + SME for Industrial   Vertical under HTS Hi-Tech
  • Over 13+ years of experience
  • Design various automation solution for Industrial, Factory offerings to market
  • Driving growth strategy for Industrial Vertical by developing innovative solutions and services especially around IOT, MES, Domen Centric DATA and AI
  • Pre-sales and solution architect and responsible to run required strategy along with sales
  • Lead high-visibility, multidisciplinary programs and initiatives across HTS
  • Providing product knowledge to assist the sales team during presentations or meetings with clients
  • Responsible for growth of existing customer and contributing in winning new logos
  • Manage CXO level conversations and drive strategic accounts

Your Team

This role will report into vertical head for industrial/Consumer and will have in-direct reports of upto 12+ people mainly enterprise architects and business analysts.          

 
What You Will Do

  • Oversee the technological direction and solutioning in responding RFPs/RFQs, technical initiatives and leading a high performing team of experienced SMEs and architects across the segments – Smart Energy, Smart Factories, Smart Spaces and
  • Derive key deliveries for strategic customers from incubation to stabilization and handover to the delivery team
  • Possess broad and comprehensive expertise in leading edge technologies to grow Industrial/ business unit with driving growth of ~15% YoY with large Manufacturing/Retail companies, Energy Providers and HARMAN
  • Own areas of domain competencies like MES, MarTech to drive differentiated solution in industrial/ vertical
  • Deliver vertical specific thought leadership & strategy that result in 2x Sales Opportunity Pipeline in Industrial- verticals through Technology partnership, GTM / Alliance, Market outreach – webinars/roundtables
  • Leading the large-scale Industry 4.0 Digital manufacturing transformation programs as HTS offering to market
  • Support global sales teams in driving technical discussions with customers (existing or potential), understanding customer problem statements and requirements, driving and building compelling solutions to meet/exceed customer requirements as well as presenting and leading technical solutioning in RFP defense.
  • Define Industrial BU tech strategy in specific domain areas and align its services and solutions offerings with HTSbusiness objectives, industry trends and customer needs.
  • Drive relationship at CXO level to manager and grow Tier 1 & 2 accounts for continued relationship and enable new growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, customers or vendors to help decisions creating value added solution and services to help organization achieve the dynamic and transformation goals in Factory automation
  • Participate in pre-sales focused for Industry 4.0 transformation programs driving ROI conversation with C-Level executives and ensuring new wins
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing global teams with driving farming/hunting revenue in select set of accounts

What You Need

  • 13+ years of relevant experience in driving Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Bachelor of engineering/MBA from premier institute
  • Played role in Digital transformation at factory shop floor
  • Industry 4.0 and related technologies experience and hands-on experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proposals drafting and Presentation skills
  • Creating high level architecture to bring stake holders on same page
  • Driving Market research and help in driving strategy for growth considering latest market trends
