As the Director of Workplace Technology at Ridgeline, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of our workplace technology and infrastructure organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer, this highly visible role is responsible for aligning internal technology experiences with Ridgeline’s business goals, growth trajectory, and security posture. You will oversee workplace applications, devices, infrastructure, and support—ensuring our employees are empowered with reliable, secure, and modern tools. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, you will champion innovation, operational excellence, and AI enablement across workplace tooling and services, driving meaningful improvements to productivity, satisfaction, and business outcomes.

The impact you will have:Define and execute a unified workplace technology strategy aligned with Ridgeline’s business objectives, growth plans, and security standards
Lead workplace technology, applications, infrastructure, and support teams with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps that keep Ridgeline’s internal technology ecosystem modern, resilient, and scalable
Mentor and develop leaders, designing organizational and resource models that grow with the business while remaining adaptable
Engage directly on critical initiatives and complex challenges, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving
Advocate for workplace technology priorities in executive and company-wide planning forums with clarity and transparency
Establish and monitor operational OKRs across infrastructure, tooling, support, and employee satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
Partner closely with Compliance, Security Engineering, and Facilities to uphold governance, reliability, and evolving security requirements
Sponsor and guide cross-functional initiatives focused on the safe, responsible, and effective adoption of AI across workplace technologies
Empower teams to pilot, evaluate, and operationalize AI-augmented capabilities that deliver measurable business and employee value
Champion data-informed measurement frameworks to assess ROI, user experience, and impact of technology investments
Build trusted, collaborative relationships with leaders across Ridgeline to advance shared business outcomes
12–15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with enterprise-wide responsibility
Proven success leading workplace technology, infrastructure, and support functions in cloud-first environments
Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution and real-time feedback
Strong knowledge of IT strategy, service delivery, and governance in high-growth organizations
Experience scaling and leading distributed or global teams
Clear, persuasive communication skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences
Demonstrated commitment to people development, operational excellence, and continuous learning
Growth mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to solve real business problems
Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
Experience with investment management systems (buy-side or sell-side)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Compensation and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for this role is: $185,000 - $220,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
