Job Summary
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to retain, strengthen, and expand PTR Global’s portfolio of MSP program relationships.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with procurement leaders, program executives, workforce solution partners, and other stakeholders who influence supplier participation and program growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase PTR Global’s market share, service offerings, geographic reach, and overall performance within existing accounts.
- Pursue entry into new MSP programs by leveraging industry expertise, established relationships, strategic networking, and consultative business development.
- Position PTR Global as a strategic workforce solutions partner by identifying client challenges and recommending solutions that improve talent access, supplier performance, and workforce outcomes.
- Create account growth plans, relationship maps, opportunity pipelines, and executive engagement strategies for priority programs.
- Partner with sales, recruiting, delivery, operations, and executive leadership to ensure commitments are executable and client relationships remain strong after expansion.
- Monitor program performance, market activity, procurement trends, competitive positioning, and relationship health to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership opportunities and commercial arrangements that support sustainable revenue and net growth.
- Travel regularly to meet with MSP partners, procurement stakeholders, clients, and other strategic contacts.
- Deliver consistent year-over-year growth and demonstrate the leadership capability required to progress into Senior Director and Vice President-level responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in MSP, workforce solutions, staffing, contingent labor, procurement, supplier management, or a closely related field.
- Established relationships within the MSP and workforce procurement ecosystem, with the ability to develop access to decision-makers and program stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success expanding existing accounts, entering new programs, developing partnerships, or growing revenue within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of MSP operating models, supplier participation, procurement processes, workforce program structures, and account growth strategies.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to identify workforce challenges, develop solutions, and communicate a compelling business case.
- Proven ability to balance relationship management, account retention, upselling, and new business development responsibilities.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, commercial judgment, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for relationship building, pursuing opportunities, and performance-based success.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
